For the first time for 2025 we are opening up our doors for you to be part of something exciting and truly terrifying & to join our spine-chilling team.  join a community of like minded individuals who share the same passion for halloween, have a frightful time, have fun and make new friends. Various roles are being cast so there is something for everyone, but unfortunately spaces are limited.

roles include but not limited to...

 

Scare Actors -

The roll of a Scare actor is very demanding physically and mentally, you'll be bringing the fun and fright to life. you will be situated within the maze working alone or as a small group. you may be performing in low light conditions, UV, Strobe or coloured lights, smoke and smell scents may also be used. This can be a energetic and enthusiastic, fast paced roll.  you may need to stay in character for extended periods of 4 to 5 hours per night its hard work but the thrill of scaring and entertaining our visitors makes it all worthwhile.

 

Roaming Actors -

you will be roaming around the event interacting with visitors, keeping them entertained while walking the queue having pictures while staying in character.  this can be very demanding physically and mentally but enjoyable and fun when frightening the awaiting guests 

 

Support Staff -

Our support staff are the backbone of The Haunted Trail Of Terror ensuring smooth operations from start to finish. They will  cover many different duties and will be one the first people our visitors see, they enhance the visitors experience helping to create a seamless and enjoyable event for all. 

Duties will vary from bucket collections, stall sales, ticket sales 

 

Marshalls -

Marshalls will be positioned around our event and may also be within the maze, you will be required to keep watch over our staff & visitors. you will be required to interact with our guests answering any questions or directing them where they need to be. you will need to stay alert and have an eye for detail reporting to security and management

 

Security -

Security staff will need to hold a valid SIA. You will be required to work along side our marshalls and being able to interreact with visitors you will be required to be able to take control and calmly talk down any altercations you will need to think quickly on your feet and take the safety of yourselves, staff our visitors and members of the public. and keeping in contact with management       

 

 

Special FX/Makeup Artist -

As a special FX/makeup artist you'll have the creative task of turning our actors into terrifying creatures of the night. your artistic skills will be essential in creating a visually, stunning and immersive experience for our guests. Design and apply makeup and special FX that enhances the actors appearances, collaborate with actors and staff to create unique and horrifying looks. you will need to be able to work quickly and efficiently under time constraints.
