What To Expect;

This thrilling event takes place outdoors but is sheltered from the elements. All visitors must be physically capable of navigating tight and confined spaces, including ducking, bending, & some steps all under low-light conditions. Expect close interactions with live actors, jump scares, and special effects, including animatronics, adult-themed props, fog, scents, loud noises, and live actors.  Please do not touch any of the features or actors, although actors may make slight contact with you. Misbehavior will result in removal from the event without a refund.

Warning!

Various lighting effects, such as strobe, coloured, UV, and very low-lit lighting, are used throughout the event. Additionally, loud noises, smoke, and scent machines, as well as uneven flooring and steps, are present. Please wear suitable footwear.

The Haunted Trail of Terror aims to offer a fun, safe, and thrilling experience for all participants. However, due to the physically demanding nature of the event, it may be unsuitable for visitors with additional needs.

Health and Safety Recommendations;

The Haunted Trail of Terror may be unsuitable for individuals with the following conditions. Please consult your GP before visiting if you have:

- Nervous disposition
- Heart conditions
- Pregnancy
- Claustrophobia/Nyctophobia
- Limited mobility
- Epilepsy
- Asthma

Age Restrictions;

The recommended age for our main dates is 13+. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older with a ratio of 3:1. Please do not be offended if ID is requested. While the majority of content is intended for an 18+ audience, parental discretion is advised for anyone under 16 years, especially those under 13 years. A non-scary day is available for young children and those with special educational needs (SEN), featuring actors in their main event costumes but without scares or loud noises.

Ticketing and Queuing;

In previous years, queues have been substantial, leading to early closures of the queue to maintain schedule. Please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
